What can I expect from Squeegee Genie?
1. Expect professional, experienced window cleaners that will leave your windows shiny and streak-free. You won't get that result from Windex and paper towels!
2. Expect Squeegee Genie to take precautions to protect your home's interior surfaces as well as exterior landscaping, such as removing our shoes on the inside, and putting down towels to protect your flooring. Rest assured knowing that our company is dedicated to working safely inside your home. This means your furniture, carpeting, floors and window sills will be left just as we found them.
3. Expect Squeegee Genie to arrive on-time and ready to begin work. If there is a delay, we will make sure you receive a phone call to update you on our arrival time.
4. We are insured and carry a $2 million General Liability Policy, and Worker's Compensation for all employees.

Squeegee Genie works in the following cities of California: Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Blackhawk, Danville, Diablo, Lafayette, Orinda, Alamo, Moraga, Walnut Creek, Concord, San Jose, Fremont, Union City, Hayward, Castro Valley, Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Mountain House, and Tracy. If you don't see your city or state listed, please inquire using our online form, because we are often able to travel outside these areas to accommodate our clients.

Do you clean both the outside and inside of my windows? What about the screens?
Yes, Squeegee Genie will clean both the interior and exterior of your windows, as well as the screens. The first time we come to your home, we like to do a complete inside and outside clean, so you can appreciate how clean your windows can be. If you don't smoke indoors, have small children or many pets in your home, the inside of your windows should stay relatively clean.
Since most of the dirt accumulates on the outside of your windows, we can arrange to come back the next time in a few months to just clean the exterior of your home. We can rotate this schedule to save you money and still keep your windows looking great all year-round.

Are your cleaning solutions safe around my children and pets?
Yes, all of our cleaning products are non-toxic and biodegradable. We do not use any ammonia or alcohol-based solutions that could adversely affect your window tinting, flooring or fabrics.

How often should my windows be cleaned?
For residential properties, we recommend once a year at the very least. However, most of our clientele opt to have us come to their home on a twice-yearly basis: once in the spring, and once in the fall to coincide with the changes in the weather. If you need your windows cleaned more often than this, please make sure to inquire about the frequency discount program we offer!
For offices and commercial premises, we recommend having our window cleaning service performed monthly to ensure the windows stay relatively clean and unspotted.

Do I need to do anything prior to service?
If you have any objects that are blocking windows (in the garage, for example), or small objects sitting in the window sills, you should move those. We can safely move furniture, and draw curtains and blinds if necessary. We will return all furniture to its original position when we leave, so you won't have to worry about doing it yourself.
While moving furniture and drawing blinds and curtains for us will certainly help us to provide you with a more efficient service, it isn't necessary. We are able to work around most everything in your home.
